1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LubanAI (lubanai.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Service Description
LubanAI provides free and paid AI-powered tools for image, video, and audio processing. Our tools include background removal, image upscaling, video background removal, voice cloning, speech-to-text, AI image generation, image captioning, and photo-to-sketch conversion. The availability, features, and pricing of these tools may change at any time.
3. User Accounts
Registration is optional for free tools. You may create an account using Google OAuth or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free tools are available to all users and are subject to rate limits. Some free outputs include a watermark: AI image generation, photo to sketch, and the free tier of AI product photos. Paid subscription plans provide credits for premium tools, watermark-free output, faster processing, and commercial usage rights. Details of each plan are described on our Pricing page.
5. Credits
Credits are the virtual currency used to access paid tools on LubanAI. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Monthly subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time purchased credits do not expire. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and consumption rates with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LubanAI to:
- Upload, process, or generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service
- Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the files you upload and the outputs generated by our tools. LubanAI claims no ownership or license over your input or output content. The LubanAI service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of LubanAI.
8. File Handling
Files you upload are processed and promptly deleted from our servers. We do not store, review, or access your content beyond what is necessary to perform the requested processing. Processed results are available for download for 30 days (7 days for free-tier users), after which they are automatically removed.
9. Third-Party Services
LubanAI uses third-party AI services, including fal.ai and Fish Audio, to process your files. By using our service, you acknowledge that your files may be transmitted to these providers for processing. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies also apply. LubanAI is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party providers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
LubanAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. Results may vary depending on input quality, model capabilities, and other factors beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LubanAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to LubanAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of LubanAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
